Managed all advancement activities for The Ringling complex leading the institution through a succesful $100 million comprehensive campaign and two strategic plans. Directly supervised staff of the development and external affairs programs for the art museum, bay front gardens, the historic home Ca'd'Zan, education center, the historic Asolo theatre, and circus museums. In addition supervised the marketing, membership, gift processing and grants efforts for The Ringling. Works in partnership with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Board of Trustees to oversee comprehensive strategic planning and operational success for The Ringling.

Managed development activity for the Arts at the University of Virginia, worked in partnership with the Vice Provost for the Arts in the creation of a strategic plan for the Arts, managed the Arts Campaign, served as principal development representative for arts related volunteer groups, managed Arts development activity for the President, Provost and Vice Provost for the Arts

Chief development officer for the University of Virginia Art Museum and for the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Museum. Successfully completed a $30 million campaign as part of the University's $1 billion campaign. Worked in partnership with the Vice Provost for the Arts and museum directors to create operational best practices resulting in AAM accreditation.
