Current* Partners directly with Business Owners to establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.* Drives and strengthens company culture development * Contributes to the development of business plans and strategies. * Contributes and advises on strategic issues as they arise* Oversees and manages daily practice operations * Reports managers and team member performances to the Business Owners* Drives business success by motivating and leading management team * Oversees hiring and development of the staff * Supports Bookkeeper reviewing payroll, compensation and benefits * Acts as liaison between Business Owners and managers/team members * Manages onboarding and orientation for managers and team members alike * Oversees training opportunities, corrective action and terminations as necessary * Directed and coordinated all COVID-19 protocols throughout the COVID-19 pandemic
