Anna's work captures highly personal content all the artwork demonstrates her emotional experiences, reflects mental states of her close friends or strangers by drawing and painting their gestures and glances.Most of the time the subject matter is very sentimental, nostalgic with a dose of bitterness, but all shown in a very true, honest and self - aware form.She declares: " I'm not offended when someone is assuming I must be a very sad or depressed person. Melancholia is a very normal emotion. I try to face the sadness and then be very comfortable with it around me. That's part of our existence.Apart from a human mental state. She is fascinated and intrigued by neglected buildings and places, spaces that are usually considered as ugly and unwanted.She is working currently on two big scale paintings.
