Human Resources Generalist - Recruiting
Current- Leads in the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure job vacancies are filled promptly and with qualified candidates. - Represents the Bank at recruiting and outreach events. Establishes and maintains a reliable network of external recruitment agencies to assist with hard-to-fill positions. Ensures that recruiting procedures are properly documented.- Partners with legal team to manage the immigration process for employees requiring sponsorship.- Responsible for the recruiting, onboarding and separating activities in the employee life cycle. Conducts new hire orientations and manages the on-boarding process including guiding managers on their responsibilities. Conducts exit interviews. Analyzes trends and recommends changes to processes and programs to attract, retain and reward a highly qualified, diverse workforce.- Co-leads the Employee Events Committee for planning on employee events including community charitable campaigns, employee appreciation and other bank wide celebrations.- Serves on the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) – Inclusion Subcommittee. Attends meetings and participates in related outreach events and internal employee events. Attends, maintains minutes and distributes materials for the OMWI Committee for Diversity and Inclusion meetings.- Partners with the Compensation & Benefits Analyst to maintain and update job descriptions for all newly created positions.- Completes, runs audits and distributes cyclical reporting relating to employment such as the key risk indicators (KRI), turnover analysis, time to fill, staffing distribution reports and other reports as assigned.- Works with the HRBP to manage the Cornerstone platform for the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.- Partners with the Diversity & Talent Management Officer with internal audit and FHFA exam requests
