In late 2023, Anna founded WhitlamCo., a specialised advisory and executive search firm which leverages her wealth of global experience supporting c-suite leaders and teams. In 2010, Anna founded AWPeople, an executive search firm specialising in the disciplines that impact reputation. After 11 years of rapid growth under Anna’s leadership, AWPeople was acquired in August 2021 by Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm. Whilst at Teneo, Anna led their People Advisory practice across Asia-Pacific, which included providing executive search and strategic counsel to the region’s largest companies. A key founder of Teneo's People Advisory services, Anna was instrumental in building their portfolio of regional and global capabilities including executive search, executive board advisory, organisational strategy, DE&I and corporate culture transformation.A serial entrepreneur, Anna also founded MarketU in 2003, and later sold it to global management consulting firm WDScott in 2008, before she started AWPeople in 2010. Anna is a proud Non-Executive Director at Snowdome Foundation and a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). She is an alumni of Harvard Business School in Boston (USA) and INSEAD in Singapore. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Director’s accreditation (GAICD).
