As the inaugural Talent Acquisition and Training Manager, I was directly involved in all aspects of hiring throughout a period of intense growth. During this time, CIC opened in four new locations and tripled the number of staff. I worked with hiring managers and their teams to fill openings and led the hiring team to prioritize and execute on a large workload, while also managing internal promotions, creating new processes for hiring in remote sites, training interviewers, and interviewing every candidate that was hired.
