Global Head Of Research Operations And Product DeliveryNepa Jan 2016 - Jul 2018Stockholm, Sweden• As Global Head of Research operations and product delivery, I was a member of Nepa's Group Management Team and was responsible (strategic direction, P&L and operations) for Nepa's global production units in Sweden and India. (8 direct reports and approx. 70 indirect reports)• In 2 years, I managed to achieve organizational stability and structure in a company characterized by rapid growth and growing pains - I initiated centralization of our production and built new delivery teams for our core products. Under my management, the Swedish production unit increased from 3 to 16 employees and the Indian production unit from 40 to 65 employees. As an effect of the re-structuring, satisfaction with the Indian production unit increased with double digits in 6 months, while maintaining throughput levels per employee, and profitability of our core products increased significantly. • My responsibilities included the delivery and quality of Nepa's core market research functions (sampling, survey scripting, reporting, panels etc.) and core products (ad and brand tracking. campaign tests and CX programs), always aiming for efficiency, productivity and quality in the deliveries.• I was also globally responsible for data procurement and data cost efficiency – in 1 year my team managed, by negotiating new prices and doing cost auditing, to decrease data costs with more than 10%, resulting in a multi-million (SEK) saving.• Through my communicative and collaborative approach, I was an appreciated leader across the entire company, among sales departments and technical departments alike.(Nepa is a technology driven consumer science company and one of the fastest growing companies in Swedish history. In 2017, Nepa had a turnover of 213 M SEK and over 250 employees. Nepa had more than 350 clients in 50 countries and had offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, UK, USA and India.) -
