Review documents consisting of assignments, deeds and other documentation to ensure proper transfer of ownership of correct mineral interests. Submit deeds, assignments and other documentation to appropriate counties nationwide for recordation. Submit recorded documentation to Operators and communicate effectively so interests enter into pay status expediently. Track mineral interests for all acquired wells and determine gaps in timeframe for pay status of interests. Maintain filing system of important documentation for each interest. When necessary, research title curative issues and ensure appropriate documentation is obtained or corrected for proper transfer of ownership.
