Anna Ye Tea is specialty Vietnamese tea company based in Queens, New York. We are proud to be sourcing premium loose leaf teas from Việt Nam– many of which are lesser known in the market. Our small batch teas are made by producers from various ethnic communities, each reflecting the country’s unique terroir and local techniques. Through our teas, we hope to illuminate the country’s vibrant tea heritage and uplift the overall profile of Vietnamese tea in the U.S. and beyond.

THINK!CHINATOWN is an intergenerational non-profit based in Manhattan’s Chinatown, works at the intersection of storytelling, arts & neighborhood engagement. We are here to listen, to respond, and to build Chinatown's capacities as a strong & vibrant immigrant neighborhood of NYC. Our mission is to attract & connect resources for Chinatown businesses and organizations using the tools of design & community engagement.Kitchen Studio:- Work with our comms team with program descriptions, website layout and ticketing system- R&D - Lead on developing kitchen programming- Program ideation and calendering- Building relationship with community partners (small businesses, chefs, culinary artisans)- Lead classes & workshops (Mid-Autumn Traditions, Shopping in Chinatown, How to brew tea 101)- Support on design of the space + furnishings during & post renovations- Assess current facility and offer recommendations with final outfitting and stocking of the kitchen- Recommend & conduct research on staff training for food/beverage service and program facilitation/operation- Create frameworks, timetable and sample programs for future kitchen classesChinatown Night Market - Lead community safety efforts for the Chinatown Night Market- Vet new vendors- Maintain relationships and communication with existing vendors- Assist with on-the-ground outreach and day-of event logistics- Manage & oversee night market equipment- Develop documentation to pass off organizing for future years
