Usborne Books is a major publisher and retailer of educational books for children. I independently organise book events and sell books. A full set of accounts are prepared each year.

Main responsibilities include raising purchase orders, entering invoices into accounting system, and collecting and reconciling bank monies, including petty cash. Managing and reconciling online payment system. Managing school asset management and lettings.

KPMG launched E-Learning in 2000. As a founder team member, I held meetings with software companies that had online learning courses to discuss potential partnerships. We discussed the proposition, process and content of the websites and course detail. The objective was to create a portal between KPMG and training programmes.

I was an Executive Consultant in KPMG's Financial Sector Consulting Practice.Most of my work involved the global IT implementation of a major Bank.I took on a number of roles, including identifying business requirements and reporting requirements.
