as a UI/UX Designer at UMeetme, i'm helping product team to discover and define the problem and need from user so we can decide and put the right piece on the product. Also helping the whole design process from creating a concept, user flow, information architecture, wireflow & framing, Lo-fi design, Hi-fi UI design, prototyping, and testing the design internally and to our target audience.

As a first employee and solo designer for a year. I learn a lot from this company how to be UI/UX designer and researcher in professional way. My first learning step in this role is as a UI designer, and step by step I also learn about the need of UX Design and Research to build a great product. As my skill growth and the company growth, I always contribute to do all the design process to help the product team to build the product, helping the developer team to maintain product in the field of design, and do the testing to user like usability testing, survey, and interview.
