- Formulating a comprehensive strategy to enhance the training and shopper experience for Dries Van Noten's beauty collection, a niche perfume brand, across 20 countries worldwide, spanning the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions, targeting both Fashion Boutiques and Beauty doors.- Creating and deploying training packages and resources post-product launch, encompassing elements such as storytelling, product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and fostering a culture of Retail Excellence.- Creating a suite of 360° Shopper Experience tools aimed at optimizing sales performance, including but not limited to iPad consultations, fragrance profiling, makeup tutorials, grooming guidelines and art of wrapping.- Implementing a CRM strategy within POS systems, focusing on data gathering, client engagement, tailored messaging plans, and the integration of loyalty programs to foster brand loyalty.- Executing comprehensive 360° on-field assessments at various POS and overseeing the implementation of action plans, with recommendations for retail enhancements, sales strategies, and coaching initiatives.- Establishing a structured program to motivate and enhance the sales performance of Sales Advisors, covering aspects such as induction, ongoing training, incentive schemes, and personalized coaching sessions.

- Creation and development of training modules and e-learning courses for Beauty Advisors: conceptualizing, designing, and implementing educational materials focused on various topics such as skincare, digital skills, and retail excellence. It includes identifying learning objectives, incorporating interactive elements for engagement, and ensuring content alignment with learning outcomes.- Management of e-learning platforms: overseeing the technical aspects and user experience of e-learning platforms like Rise 360 and One Retail.- Content curation: researching and identifying high-quality resources such as articles, videos, infographics, and case studies that align with the learning objectives and interests of the target audience.- Exploration of new visual animation methods: exploring innovative techniques and tools for enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of educational materials, experimenting with animation, graphics, multimedia elements, and interactive features to create engaging and memorable learning experiences. - Creation and editing of videos and mini-games: translating complex concepts such as human connection into visually engaging narratives, selecting appropriate visuals and audio elements, and using editing software to enhance clarity, pacing, and overall quality. - Writing and sending newsletters: writing concise and informative articles, updates, announcements, and event summaries related to the training programs, designing visually appealing layouts, scheduling and distributing newsletters through appropriate channels, and analyzing metrics to evaluate engagement and effectiveness.
