Ann Babiarz, founder of Ann Babiarz & Associates, LLC &Pilot Fish Personal & Professional Development, LLC offers live training and coaching services for Individuals and businesses who desire to take their lives and businesses to the next level. Prior to starting Ann Babiarz & Associates, LLC, Ann was employed by Hewitt Associates, a global provider of human capital and management consulting services to companies. Ann was a PFC Specialist (sales) and Project Manager and held NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. 
She left Hewitt Associates, LLC and established The Global Transformation Company, LLC now known Ann Babiarz & Associates, LLC and Pilot Fish Personal and Professional Development, LLC providing personal and professional development services for small business owners and traders. Ann also created, hosted and produced the award-winning personal development radio show, Life Outside the Box, on WRLR FM and subsequently began her work as a Coach and Insider’s Club Author interviewer for Nightingale Conant.Ann has a passion for the trading. Most of her career focus has been in the area of personal finance and the markets. She bought her first stock when she was in high school and kept a keen eye on the markets ever since. 
The road wasn’t always smooth. Although she has been in the markets for years and was NASD licensed, Ann still felt like she had a lot to learn. In 2017, she found a tool called Vantage Point hat led to a whole new paradigm incorporating artificial intelligence with deeper inter-market analysis. This brought Ann’s trading to a new level. It took away the frustration of reviewing platforms, gurus and strategies only to find most ineffective at least and fraudulent at worst. No more paying attention to advertisements by disingenuous folks with ineffective strategies; & no more hours of research focused on the wrong areas.
