I have more than eight years of agile experience with SAFe(-ish) setup in distributed teams (PL/DK) with software development.In my 30 years in the Financial Sector (25 of them in IT) I have worked with many different areas. Because I am a fast learner, I have been covering many different systems when needed by supporting or teaching customers. I make confident connections with my team members, stakeholders, ART management and other scrummasters and find it motivating helping others at all levels. I constantly seek knowledge sharing because I gain a lot of ideas from listening to other people’s experiences.From the many years as member of the Board of Directors, I have learned to prioritize, coach, guide and have the right dialogue in all levels at the organization.
