As the Head of Corporate, Enterprise and Healthcare I am responsible for developing and enacting the retention and growth strategy for SEEK’s National Corporate customers. This includes; developing SEEK’s value proposition for this segment, leading, engaging and supporting a high performing team, understanding and mitigating competitive threats and driving customer retention, engagement and growth. With over 25 years as a senior sales executive , I have lead high performing B2B sales and account management teams across Asia-Pacific. These teams have supported the delivery of world class technology, product and employment solutions, which in turn, have delivered optimal commercial, strategic and operational outcomes. Ann was responsible for the APAC sales strategy for Hudson RPO. Ann lead a team of highly experienced sales executives across Asia Pacific with a targeted focus on ANZ, SE Asia and China. Ann and her team partnered with prospective clients to design, implement and operationalise “fit for purpose” recruitment solutions. With a sound understanding of HR, People and Business strategy, Ann and her team reviewed, designed and implemented solutions that optimised access to quality talent within an efficient, robust and cost effective framework. Each solution delivered a range of outcomes including reductions in cost, time to hire and organisational risk and significant improvements in quality of talent, staff retention and service effectiveness.

Ann was hired to establish and lead the Sydney operations for the Melbourne based executive search firm SHK.

Led ANZ Sales & Acct Management function of circa 30 BDMs & Account Managers across all industry sectors including; Financial & Professional Services, Consumer, Digital and Information Technology , Energy & Resources, Healthcare and Education.
