Daily Customer Service/problem research & resolution ("missing medication," med-error, too-soon-to-fill, proof-of-delivery.

Consulting firm, PG&E Energy Trading, Avon, Jamba Juice. Conducted complete search fulfillment, from research through offer negotiation support/closing.

Recruited 16 GartnerGroup tech VPs (8 of whom were still there a decade later) in Healthcare/Managed Care, IT Research. Full lifecycle searches, even in previously unknown areas (e.g., parallel supercomputing). Averaged 10 placements in each of 3 years, some in as little as 4 weeks’ time.

Clients included U.S. Surgical, Smith Barney, Dean Witter, Sanford C. Bernstein, Sikorsky, Norden. Won 4 DEC100 awards, one promotion.
