I enjoy on-site coaching, and listening, adapting and customizing digital curriculum for system-wide adoption and success. Mentoring is very important to me, with internal teams and clients, and is a large part of my “why.” I believe that happiness sparks productivity, and that successful companies harness the positive effects of team building and information sharing for internal development and growth.
