As liaison to the Rosecrance Boards of Directors and the Rosecrance Foundation, I work closely with the CEO and Rosecrance Foundation executive director to maintain a critical connection between board members and the organization. The goal is to develop and implement a board engagement strategy to help ensure ongoing leadership development of all board members. I provide governance and administrative guidance to support the Boards, its committees, the CEO, and the executive team. The liaison role includes all aspects of board management including meetings, board books, communications, and agendas. Responsibilities also include board member orientation and on-boarding, and all logistics related to meetings.
