Law, Compliance, Business Ethics and External AffairsResponsibilities include communications, talent and learning programs, and inclusion and diversity for the Law, Compliance, Business Ethics and External Affairs function, including developing and implementing strategies and programs to increase employee awareness and engagement on Department priorities. Activities include communications support for the General Counsel as well as other senior leaders throughout the legal and regulatory function. Responsible for managing the development of manager and leader development and training, learning programs for various employee segments, as well as the Department's diversity & inclusion initiatives including legal and compliance internships. Executive and employee communication vehicles such as blogging, electronic newsletters E-mail, teleconferences, broadcasts, video and face-to-face events.

Activities included content development and project management, in sync with Prudential’s business strategies and organizational activities.
