Effectively contributed to the planning team for the Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering in Jakarta, in two capacities: 1. Mentor the local Volunteer Coordinator and train the volunteers. Identify the areas of volunteer needs, schedules and skills.2. Assist the Program Chair pre-conference and onsite. Give input in operational issues and managing onsite.

• Global registration team (Costa Rica, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, USA, Uganda, Malaysia, Thailand) pre-congress and during the congress.
• Register 2500 participants from 100+ countries, develop standard answers to frequently asked questions.
• Create and execute a visa application process in conjunction with the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau and Department of Foreign Affairs.

• Launched the first hackathon at Urbana, bringing together 200 technologists and 13 partner organizations.
