Effectively contributed to the planning team for the Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering in Jakarta, in two capacities: 1. Mentor the local Volunteer Coordinator and train the volunteers. Identify the areas of volunteer needs, schedules and skills.2. Assist the Program Chair pre-conference and onsite. Give input in operational issues and managing onsite relationships.
