I am a solicitor with nearly 30 years post qualification experience. I developed an interest in wills, probate and mental capacity issues whilst training and have continued to work in these practice areas throughout my career gradually gaining experience in more complex and substantial estates. I now deal with claims for Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief, heritage property and conditional exemption claims, and estates with a foreign element be that the domicile or residence of the deceased or the location of the assets. I also have experience in dealing with issues involving mental capacity including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.I have been at Wilsons Solicitors LLP since 1999 working in the Salisbury office in the Probate & Trust Department headed by Frances Mayne.Whilst the main office is in Salisbury we have an office in London. I am happy to see client wherever it is most convenient for them.Wilson's client base is principally private client and charity.
