Ann began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, today referred to as PWC, during the TQM, CQI and JIT era. Today, she has amassed 18+ years of senior and C-Suite management experience. She has a proven track record in expanding profits through creative planning, establishing operational efficiencies, and coordination of essential functions to grow market share. Specifically, as a noted business turnaround specialist Ann has worked with accredited educational institutions to improve their financial strength by infusing innovative degree programs and re-engineering business practices.Academically, Ann spent over a decade researching personal resilience and its impact at the individual, community, business and governmental levels. Today, she is recognized among the foremost leading experts in personal resilience. As such, Ann was nominated and selected to sit on the United States task force on family preparedness to update the NFPA 1600: Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Program standards for 2013. Additionally, leveraging her research Ann developed an educational program and supportive software designed to guide and prepare individuals for response and rapid recovery at work and at home.
