I lead all aspects of interior architecture and design, from sourcing FF&E to creating technical drawings for workplace, high-end residential, and commercial projects across various sectors and scales.Combining my expertise in real estate development, construction management, and business development with my passion for crafting functional and innovative interior spaces, I ensure that projects stay on budget and on time while emphasizing superb detailing and design intent. My unique and diverse background in interior design, real estate, architecture, construction management, and lighting design informs my holistic and artistic design approach. I'm also a former adjunct faculty professor at Parsons School of Design, where I shared my knowledge and experience with aspiring designers. I established Ann Chapin Studio in 2018, driven by my mission to provide clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience.Collaboration is at the heart of my approach.
