Ann is a native San Antonian. After graduating from The University of Texas, Ann practiced in public accounting. Ann has been recognized as an industry leader since she entered the Executive Search & Staffing Industry in 1988. Ann has received numerous awards for outstanding performance as an Executive Recruiter and Industry leader nationally. Ann was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the National Association of Personnel Services for her Leadership, Innovation and Contributions to the executive search & staffing industry. Ann received the prestigious Norbert I. B. Fried Ethics National Award in recognition of her efforts to upgrade the image and practices of the executive search & staffing industry. Ann was recently elected to the University of Texas Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee. Ann also is the Chair of the Dean's Advisory Council for the UTSA School of Business. Ann is a Past Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Personnel Services and San Antonio Association of Personnel Consultants; and past Executive Board member for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. Previous Community Board Leadership positions include the International Entrepreneurs Organization, the Battered Women’s Shelter of Bexar County, Arthritis Foundation, and the Junior League of San Antonio. Ann has received Distinguished Volunteer Awards and the President’s Award from various organizations including the San Antonio Association of Personnel Consultants, the Arthritis Foundation, and the Junior League of San Antonio for her significant contributions.Ann has been married to her husband, Charlie, for 35 years.
