Responsible for end to end Issue Management including resolution, detection and prevention of Operational Risk Events and Corrective Action Plans to ensure the objective of driving the best customer experience. As a Senior BSA I work closely with business to understand their needs and vision, work with Architects to determine if part of the road map, work with technical teams to ensure they understand the needs & requirements. I prepare documentation (Waterfall or Agile) to outline the needs & requirements in more detail.I work closely with the test team to ensure test cases capture the changes and identify any gaps or addtitional test cases.
