As an analyst, my primary responsibilities include assisting with website and technical support for our field force, internal and external clients. I assist in designing, customer acceptance testing and implementation of enhancements to our agent web portal. In addition to assisting in implementation, I assist in designing and delivering system training for new and exsisting website enahncements.
