Director, The Evaluators Institute (TEI) - Research Professor, School of Social Science, policy and Evaluation.While TEI has moved to Claremont Graduate University, it will maintain its presence in Washington, DC, offering the same high quality instruction and training in evaluation by TEI's renowned faculty.

The goal of MSCEE is to facilitate and extend knowledge about effective evaluation practices in an effort to identify, support and sustain successful approaches. Three objectives guide this effort: (1) RESEARCH directed toward understanding how programs work and better methods for assessing effectiveness and enhancing evaluation capacity, learning, and use.(2) TEACHING building and supporting quality in evaluation practice through concentrated professional development courses in evaluation practice by The Evaluators’ Institute® (TEI). TEI, with its internationally-recognized faculty and The Trachtenberg School’s graduate coursework provide tailored learning opportunities for individuals working within government, non-profit organizations, and the private sectors.(3) EXTENSION and SERVICE to assist public, private and non-profits in evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and financial soundness of their programs, in building an internal evaluation capacity, and in institutionalizing ongoing effective evaluation practice and program performance monitoring.
