As a Talent Development Executive at MagmaLabs, I am responsible for overseeing the development and growth of employees within the company. My role involve developing and implementing talent development strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the company. I identify training and development opportunities for employees and provide the necessary support to help them advance in their careers.One of my key responsibilities is conducting performance evaluations of employees and provide feedback to help them improve their performance. I also manage career development programs such as mentoring, coaching, and leadership development to help employees grow and develop their skills.In addition to this, I develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to talent development, such as training and development, career advancement, and performance evaluation. I work closely with other departments to ensure that talent development strategies are aligned with company goals and objectives.Overall, as a Talent Development Executive at MagmaLabs, I play a critical role in helping the company attract, retain, and develop top talent while also contributing to the overall success of the organization.

I was responsible for a range of HR duties, including pre-payroll, incident monitoring, and employee service. I also played a key role in attracting talent to the organization, managing recruitment sources, and building candidate files. Additionally, I oversaw uniform and PPE control and coordinated various institutional events.

I was responsible for talent attraction and hiring in the state, including conducting organization induction, training, and labor relations. I also carried out 360° leadership and performance evaluations and implemented NOM-035 regulations, while ensuring delivery and control of uniforms for all employees. Furthermore, I provided psychological attention to employees who were at risk due to accidents, burnout, stress, and other issues. Overall, I had extensive experience managing labor relations and working with 180 employees in this role.

Responsible for payroll, IMSS process monitoring, talent attraction, selection and hiring, onboarding, delivery of uniforms and work tools, labor relations, motivation and recognition of employees, performance evaluations, development of job profiles and operation manuals, DNC, evaluation of work climate, NOM, NORMEX, PC, STPS, and SSA compliance.
