Treasury Executive responsible for reporting on and evaluating GE and GE Capital’s liquidity position through early COVID 19. Developed new tools and mechanisms to monitor GE’s liquidity position, including base and stress testing analytics and more comprehensive downgrade trigger reporting, including the mitigation of preexisting downgrade triggers.

Managed FP&A close, commercial metrics reporting, and SG&A reporting and analysis (including severance and restructuring costs) for $150B GE Capital business. Provided quarterly updates to GE Capital CFO, GE Capital FP&A leader and GE Treasurer.

Responsible for consolidating and reporting the stress testing forecasts for GE Capital’s balance sheet, income statement, capital, and liquidity. Led business submission process including issuance of methodology guidance, results roll-up, review, and communication of output to executive team.

Managed core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for GE Capital Treasury. Included ownership of the GE Capital Funding and liquidity plan ($80B), and the development of new stress testing processes to comply with regulatory CCAR requirements. Acted as project manager for legal and tax initiative to reduce legal entities in funding structures by 45%, working across ~60 stakeholders to drive the project to completion in 4 months.

Led financial and process audits with teams of 5-7 auditors across GE Treasury and GE Capital. Focus areas included reserving, derivatives, real estate, leasing, and valuations.
