As an accomplished and professional Manager, I have worked across several roles throughout my career within marketing and leisure where I have managed teams and provided exceptional client service. During my extensive Marketing career, I have recruited and trained varying levels of staff, strategised, planned and delivered Global and National marketing campaigns for various brands. In the leisure industry, I oversaw and managed day-to-day operations within a leisure park including HR, sales, bar and function room, games room, play park, ground operations and overall customer service. Obtaining five-star ratings by pro-actively raising and maintaining customer standards. I have also held other roles within Account Management where I have been able to develop and implement sales strategies to attract business and exceed targets.Throughout my career I have enjoyed working within and leading a team where I adapt well to different environments quickly. I have a track record delivering on KPI and financial targets within key business areas and adopt a pro-active approach to implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I have developed and implemented various marketing plans and campaigns to meet client objectives, budgets and timings.
