Served as the Chief Operating Officer for Confirmatrix Laboratory. Primary responsibilities included formulating policies, managing daily operational activities, and planning use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity.

Broad scope of authority included executive guidance of finance, vehicle distribution infrastructure, marketing, sales, service and parts. Directly responsible for 5-person senior management team including controller and 4 VPs with oversight for 25 person staff.

Responsible for all facets of financial planning, accounting practices and cost controls for the organization. Prepared the annual budget and analyzed against actual monthly performance; researched variances, and made recommendations for improvement of overall financial performance. Coordinated the preparation and integrity of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, fixed asset schedules and tax returns in accordance with GAAP. Performed all treasury management functions including preparation and analysis of semiweekly and ad hoc cash projections for submission to Group Lotus plc. Developed and implemented finance, accounting and internal auditing standards and procedures.
