Working in the Strategy Performance and Change team as a part of smaller team responsible for Organisational Design. Delivering process improvements using LEAN Six Sigma to analyse existing processes to identify how they delivered value, and identifying improvements which could be made to remove waste.

Leading a small team within FBS supporting Mortgages and Savings with month end, reconciliations, margin and product performance packs. I was promoted in role, and continued with the same responsibilities as in my previous job, with additional supervision of an accounts payable administrator.

Assistant role in a small finance team reporting directly to the Financial Director of a marketing agency. The role had a range of responsibilities, including accounts payable administration, holding meetings with client facing teams; analysis of turnover, WIP & revenue; finalising month end AR by raising invoices, moving costs and consolidating projects. The role also required assisting with and providing cover for production of the cash book; petty cash administration; supplier payment runs; staff payroll; month end reconciliations and analysis of employee expenses and company credit cards.

A promotion at BCA gave me additional responsibilities in addition to my previous Accounts Payable role and I took on PSA & P11D administration, corporation tax administration and royalty administration.
