Enterprise Risk Management Planning, Development & Implementation

Within OERM we worked to create the following: a) a framework and process for performing enterprise risk assessments, b) an Internal Controls Program including establishing formal entity-wide processes for creating and approving policies and procedures, c) an Internal Audit program and d) an Anti-Fraud program. We also managed external external, financial, IT and financial audits as well as validating the internal closure of outstanding audit recommendations.

During my tenure as the first Controller for the FRTIB, I managed the Agency's budget and the budget for the Office of Financial Management. I was the Agency's external audit liason managing all external program and financial audits and audit responses. During this period, I estblished an internal controls function and an anti-fraud program.
