Senior Administrative Assistant to senior level leaders and large team in BP's Gulf of Mexico region. Marketing Coordinator responsible for proposal and presentation generation, public relations, telemarketing, management reporting, media advertising, trade shows, educational seminars, market and industry research. Maintained inventory of sales brochures, company literature, and promotional items. Conducted and managed the various market research projects and direct mail projects. Scheduled and planned conventions and trade shows for the branch offices on an annual basis; attended conventions, set-up and manned booth; coordinated and supervised one day education seminars with panel of environmental attorneys, lenders, and owners.

Marketing Assistant responsible for preparing proposals, Statement of Qualifications (254/255), AIA and various government contract forms for the RTC, TxDOT, Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC. Planned marketing events for calendar year including advertising/public relations budgets and goals, target groups, and direct mail projects. Created and updated marketing materials including brochures, sales literature, articles, client reference lists. Ordered and supervised the distribution of marketing materials to the other Fugro branch offices.
