•Definition, planning, project management and implementation of Riverdeep’s LMS for the Chinese market. (.NET, Javascript). Much of the development work was contracted out to an IT company in Puerto Rico. I managed this relationship and the development team’s work load.•Managed the upgrade of the LMS in tandem with above to bring the LMS closer to an Internationalised version, including a technical analysis of the Flash content and recommendations on Internationalisation efficiency.•Vendor appraisal, risk analysis and selection for various projects.•Managed the work flow of the Standards and Correlations project to map US State curricula to Riverdeep’s educational material and integrate same into Riverdeep’s LMS. Requirements from the US Marketing team, correlations done by a third party vendor in the US. Integration into the LMS was done by the engineering team in Dublin.
