Ran multiple workshops for 50-60 first year students reviewing linear algebra before midterms. Also engaged with first year engineering students in one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for calculus and linear algebra.

Reviewed changes to Engineering Society policy and lead multiple investigations of grievances brought against the Engineering Society. Position required significant eye for detail in analyzing policy and grievance procedures, as well as a high degree of professionalism with confidential information in grievance investigations.

Organized workshops for Queen's Engineering Society's First Year Conference 2019.

Opened the restaurant alone four days a week, responsible for set up of the clubhouse, daily inventory for front of house, identifying order requirements, serving tables, working the bar, and preparing for clubhouse events in the eight rooms food service was offered. Worked lunch and evening shifts as well, working with a team of management and service staff, allowing me to polish my teamwork and interpersonal skills in order to give a high quality customer service experience.

Responsible for patient intake, including taking patient information, updating patient files, and performing drug tests, requiring significant eye for detail and professionalism with sensitive and confidential information. Answered phones, faxes, and emails, documenting and responding to patient and pharmacy inquiries.
