As the VP of Global Alliances, I am responsible for planning, developing and executing channel models (indirect) for North America, Europe and Asia, resulting in increased revenue for the company. I oversee and manage all phases and aspects of channel recruitment, enablement, ongoing partner management and driving revenue through the global partner channel.

I am responsible for the overall project management function providing leadership, coordination, and management of the processes and functions relating to client focused projects. As the single point of contact for all professional services delivery needs, I am also responsible for building a community of highly talented consultants that provide predictable and repeatable high-quality outcomes to our clients. My position plays a vital role in creating healthy client relationships and I act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies and procedures for service delivery. Other responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, mentoring and performance of our consultants and team leads.
