I am Anne Choquette, external consultant and executive coach specializing in transition leadership and change management and more specifically, cultural change. I work with clients from Canada, the United States, South America, India and Europe and I have the privilege of supporting them over the long term. They are mainly experienced leaders who work at a strategic level in environments as varied as energy, aerospace, engineering, food industry, finance, pharmaceutical, design, transport, etc. Since 2009, I have been working closely with Charles Pellerin, astrophysicist and author of the book “How NASA Builds Teams”, which led me to present the approach in China as well as in France in 2011.
