• Leads and trains 40 freshmen and sophomore cadets by coaching cadets in military customs and courtesies and ensuring spiritual well-being, in preparation for military training and life as a United States Air Force officer. • Develops leadership and problem-solving skills within the ROTC wing structure through leading a cadet Bible study each week and organizing group volunteer efforts each month to ensure spiritual needs of cadets are being met.

• Processed up to 80 monetary transactions per day to quickly and accurately ensure customer satisfaction.• Coordinated a project with 5 tellers to review approximately 2,000 debit card forms to enhance customer security.

• Responded to constituent complaints with written correspondence intended to guide constituents in seeking further assistance or direction to proper organizations. • Researched, organized, and analyzed data from approximately 300 articles and academic studies about marijuana, death penalty, prescription medication, and human trafficking to be able to quickly reference data and important information.
