Livelihood security is an interconnected and interdepedent concept which covers the certainty that you will continue to have the means to support yourself, as well as access to housing, (mental) health and a sustainable environment to live.2022-2024: Program manager 'gender equality & human rights'As the program manager 'gender equality and human rights' I was responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of our gender equality program. The program aimed to contribute to three areas of gender equality: 1) the ending of domestic violence against women, 2) the ending of sexual harassment in the workplace and 3) the advancement of career progression of women.

The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights explains, monitors and protects human rights, promotes respect for human rights (including equal treatment) in practice, policy and legislation, and increases the awareness of human rights in the Netherlands. Worked on themes such as: women & work, pregnancy related discrimination and labour & human rights.
