As an organizational development consultant, I'm most valued for group facilitation skills and meeting design, able to deeply engage all kinds of participants around the core questions of an organization's future. My consulting and facilitation is a form of coaching - acting as a partner to get you where you want to go, not as an outside expert with all the answers. My depth of experience is in the nonprofit sector with advocacy organizations, community-based groups, religious organizations, and environmental stakeholders. I have directed programs for leadership development, training, and grant-making, and served in both internal leadership and external consultant roles. Additional skills and experience include board development, fundraising, grassroots organizing, environmental campaigns, staff management, and mentoring young adults.My other passion is fiber art and craft. I love experimenting with texture and color to turn wool fiber into felt, designing beautiful and functional items like coasters.
