Bowen therapist based in Wrexham. While spending 14 years in the City as an Insurance Broker, I became an aromatherapist. I qualified as a Bowen therapist in 2002 and in the Emmett technique in 2018. Both Bowen and Emmett are very gentle, holistic techniques of working with the whole body. There is no manipulation or deep tissue work, and is generally carried out through light clothing. Bowen is suitable for all ages, and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms you present with that day. It can help with pain management, back pain, sciatica, headaches, stress, RSI and 'tech neck' and has been reported to help with problems such as stress, sleep difficulties and general mood. I am CNHC registered in both Bowen and aromatherapy. I am also registered with the FHT.
