Tricks are the apotheosis of your customer’s trust and will result in nothing but harm to your business and brand.I explore various media, whether it be video, animation, micro-interactions, slide shares, e-books, white papers and valuable content to answer questions that are not being answered anywhere else. To maintain attention; keeping it tightly within a three-five ratio to closure of task or satisfaction of their need. I implement a variety of methodologies so that a user can choose how they will receive the information we need them to reach. Quick scans that, naturally and easily, result in where they should go next within the framework of the project, interface or journey; however you would like to label the goal. Hold their hand. I back this up with repetition and value-added content creation and social media channels to create a feedback loop that works all within the constructs and guidelines of the entity’s branding ideology.
