Anne launched Spark Living and Learning, LLC to develop intergenerational living and learning communities by partnering college and university campuses with senior living. After nearly eight years as President of Lasell Village and Vice President of Lasell University, Anne provides strategic consulting to Presidents of colleges and universities, CEOs and leaders of senior living and health care companies, developers, foundations, and public officials to develop new models for living well across the lifespan. These new partnerships between higher education and senior living revitalize outdated models, create business synergies, and develop vibrant intergenerational communities. Anne brings a business and leadership track record of more than thirty years running complex organizations, working in health care, education, AgeTech, consulting, and government. Anne is known for out-of-the-box thinking and driving results in environments where older adults thrive. Her collaborative leadership style promotes a culture that prioritizes personal and professional development, diversity and inclusion.Anne continues to integrate global best practices into her work creating innovative environments and services for older adults. She serves as a judge for the Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards, held annually in Singapore. In 2023, Anne returned to Sweden as a visiting Fellow at the Centre for Ageing and Health at the University of Gothenburg, decades after a Fulbright scholarship in Sweden where she researched innovative health and housing options for seniors.Anne has been featured as a guest expert on the syndicated United States Public Broadcast Series, Getting dot OLDER. She is a frequent speaker on topics related to thinking differently about aging.
