*Advise students by helping them identify and articulate the connection of strengths, skills, and interests to vocational and career opportunities *Create, update, and oversee Career Development curriculum taught across campus*Assist the Director in coordinating, marketing, and promoting annual networking events*Research and communicate best practices in career and vocational development to a diverse student population*Supervise departmental interns in project development, learning outcomes, and daily tasks assigned by other Center staff *Prepare and assist in facilitation of major campus events including Navigating Similarities and Differences, Dubuque Area Leadership Youth Conference, Area Collegiate Fall Interview Day, Spring Networking Fair and Etiquette Dinner, and others *Promote global educational experiences and foundational skills for students transitioning to life after college*Continue student services offered in role as Career Services Program Assistant

*Support students regarding major exploration, professional documents, internship and job placement, graduate and professional school, and other career development *Facilitate Resume Clinic Program in collaboration with academic departments and faculty members*Teach courses regarding professional development and career readiness*Co-advise UD’s chapter of the student organization Future Young Professionals **Instruct college level courses that provide insight to career development strategies*Coordinate work study/intern/graduate assistant schedules*Research and apply findings about students' career-readiness to improve our service and resource*Serve as Northeast Iowa representative for the Iowa College Recruiting Network

* Plan and instruct a variety of classes including Hatha, Power/Vinyasa, Hot, Restorative, and Yin Yoga* Train with college student athletes to improve strength and flexibility* Work with clients ranging in age from 10 to 80 years old to improve mobility, rehabilitation, and relaxation techniques * Enhance the physical, spiritual, and mental wellness of class participants *Teach Introduction to Yoga Teacher Training course, providing students with strategies for instruction and a broad overview of yoga's philosophy, lifestyle, and best practices

* Developed & implemented all events, materials, training, and student resources in new grant-funded mentoring program in order to increase persistence & retention of students of color* Recruited & assisted first-year participants and upper-class student mentors in reaching their goals, fostering positive relationships, and achieving academic success* Collaborated with colleagues in order to write various grants within the Pathways Department* Met regularly with all students involved in order to maintain detailed records of student meetings, activities, & special circumstances

* Integrated technology and modern language with 1-1 laptop initiative in school district* Developed curriculum for new advanced Spanish course* Motivated students to further develop language skills in preparing them to travel to Spain in 2014
