With over 15 years of experience in strategic and operational human resources, I am the Owner and Director of Streamline HR, a company that provides HR services to businesses who want to get more from their teams. I help my clients align their HR systems and frameworks with their business goals, and tackle their people challenges with ease and confidence.As a HR Strategist, I work with the Executive Management Teams of small to medium businesses on workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, performance development, compliance, and policies. I also design and deliver HR initiatives, audits, and gap analysis, and coach managers and leaders on best practices. I hold a Team Management Profile (TMS) certification, and have published several articles on HR topics.
