Currently I work within People & Culture but I come with a strong background as an auditing professional with more than several years of experience in Financial Reporting, Internal Controls and External Audit. I am overall responsible for all People & Culture-related activities in REKOM Group and across all markets, this include everday management but also all Learning & Development activites. I have a strong analytical mindset and I utilize my financial background when putting our people on the agenda. Furthermore I have specialized in IT implementations, business processes and system development projects across deparments and markets and I very often take the lead when driving new projects for our business.
