Project and construction manager with 15 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (program Design technology) from Oslo Metropolitan University. Certified PRINCE2® Practitioner.Experienced as a client/developer representative, consulting engineer and contractor. I have undertaken assignments for both private and public builders.Extensive experience from rehabilitation, rebuilding, and restoration, specializing in concrete rehabilitation. Additionally, I have experience with storage and laboratories for the management of radioactive waste, as well as building plus houses with BREEAM certification. I have been involved in all phases of a project, and have assisted with feasibility studies / concept studies, technical drawings, specifications, and other tender documents. I have also been responsible for obtaining and evaluating tenders, contract awards, monitoring progress and cost, change management, quality assurance, HSE follow-up, environmental mapping of buildings, and concrete surveys.Possessing strong communication and leadership skills, I enjoy working in a team and I am dedicated to creating a positive work environment.
