Over the last 12 years, I have served in multiple roles from production to process improvement most recently as a Senior Product Owner. Responsible for product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a suite of data analytics products across 5 business channels. Proven track record of success in developing and delivering innovative data analytics products. Expert in requirement gathering, work item refinement, prioritization, backlog management, iteration planning, solution demonstrations, and iteration retrospective. Liaison between business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers, combining business goals, product knowledge and data to contribute to the product’s roadmap and company vision.

• Led a team of 35 team members across multiple functions.• Managed the team’s e-record sort lists and remodeled the recordable storage room for more efficient sorting.• Led process improvement initiatives including a distribution system to prioritize work on up to 2,000 packages per day and leveraging data to pull needed documents prior to arrival.• Worked with multiple recording vendors (Simplifile, IGS, Fitzpatrick, direct to County) to send out documents for recording.• Processed and audited closing documents to lender specifications

Responsible for the overall operation of the store during the shift. Lead a team of up to 8 employees, ensuring that all aspects of the store are running smoothly and efficiently. Tasked with inventory management including daily counts, weekly purchasing orders of restaurant supplies based on projected sales, and quarterly inventory counts. Managed scheduling and provided front line and back line support for in-person and delivery operations.
