About Anne-Lise B.

I am a postdoctoral research associate with Climate Assessment for the Southwest (CLIMAS) at the University of Arizona. My work aims to bridge climate science and decision-making to advance heat resilience in rural, tribal, and border communities in the U.S. Southwest. Drawing from my background in water resources management, I am now addressing the pressing issue of heat to contribute to theoretical debates and academic literature, while informing policy and practice. My overarching goal is to foster equitable access to livable landscapes in communities impacted by climate change.
